Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were nice enough and clean, and I particularly enjoyed the lovely evening meals, which were some of the best I've had in that price range. While the hotel reminded me of a Uni flat in some aspects, the staff kindly stored our bags for us.
The hotel rooms were really hot, which we enjoy, but a bit small for a long stay. Being next to a noisy sports hall meant loud music and ball games from early morning until evening. The staff weren't welcoming and the early check-in fee was dissatisfying, especially given the cleanliness issues in the bedding. On the bright side, the location was great for our needs, not too busy and close to everything. The dining experience had some ups and downs, with delicious buffet options but pricey bar drinks. Overall, the hotel provided good value for money, with hospitable service and secure parking facilities.
My stay at the hotel was really lovely and clean with a fabulous location and friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but there was a slight disturbance from what seemed like a generator in the next room. Overall, the rooms were clean, well-presented, and had all the amenities we needed.
My stay at the hotel was comfortable and as expected. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly. However, the rooms, especially by the sports hall used for practice early in the morning, were quite run down and need updating, which made it very loud. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with friendly staff and a great breakfast.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, offering everything I needed, including free Wi-Fi. The location was superb, just a 5-minute walk from Deansgate station and opposite the Science and Transport Museum. The friendly and helpful staff made my experience even better. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with limited options for the price.
The hotel was a great find in a convenient and vibrant location near Deansgate and the tram station. The rooms were spacious, modern, and overlooked the charming canal, offering a bright and airy atmosphere. The staff was attentive and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, the dining options were slightly limited, and the internal radiators were not easily adjustable.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right by the canal and with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were basic but clean, cozy, and warm, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The service was a bit hit or miss, but overall, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Dining was delightful with a good selection, although the breakfast could have been warmer. The facilities were simple but sufficient for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers a pleasant place to rest your head, with rooms larger than other 'budget' hotels in the area. However, cleanliness issues like dirty carpets and windows, dust, and mold in the bathroom were present due to laundry problems. The service was exceptional, especially at check-in, despite being a 3-star establishment. The location is convenient, with easy access to transportation, but the noise levels can be disruptive at times. The dining experience had a good selection each morning but was a bit disorganized. Facilities are not specified.
